Payment Policy:

• $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Any service priced $100 or more will require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits will go towards total appointment cost. 

• $25 travel fee is required for cities outside of Hampton & Newport News. 

• Final payment can be made with cash, Paypal, Cash app, or Vinmo.

• ALL PRICES are starting prices. Prices may be adjusted according to vehicle's condition.​

 

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy:

• Please cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

• You are able to reschedule your appointment 12 hours or more prior to your original appointment time using your original deposit.

• Last minute cancellations (less than 12 hour notice) you forfeit your deposit and will need to pay another deposit to book. 

• No call / No notice: you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to make another deposit of $25.

Inclement Weather Policy:

• In the event of inclement weather and we cannot service you, you have the option to have your deposit refunded or reschedule for another available date/time.
